Decent products, slow support
I bought a Smart Control Panel and a Water Leak Detector. The Control Panel is pretty slick, looks nice on the wall and the interface is intuitive. The leak detector also seems to be working fine. My only real gripe was when I had a question about integrating the panel with another system; customer service took a bit longer to respond than I would have liked, like 3 days. Once they did, the answer was helpful. Delivery was okay, took 6 days to reach me in Florida. Overall, a good experience for the price, but they could speed up their support.
